Preferred housemate/s will be sharing a large house with myself (owner) single, in late 20s, friendly, neat and clean who works full time at SJOG Midland hospital.","The rent will be $130 per week for a single housemate but $200 per week for a couple.","The house itself has 4 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms a double garage and decent sized living area.
