New house in gosnells has two rooms for rent. One room on $120 a week and is pretty sizeable with a huge built in wardrobe. The other room is $110 a week and is a bit smaller but also has a built in wardrobe. Both rooms have reverse cycle air conditioning, and the house has Solar panels and solar hot water.
