Room to rent family home

Hi have a room to rent in a large family home, would suit a young female uni student who's wanting a quiet place to study, we are very clean and non-smokers with a small cute chihuahua who is also very friendly. The room has its own locking door. We don't party and are a very quiet house generally unless my girls have a friend over on weekends and both are very well behaved. Very low Maintence as there is a twin dishwasher. Ducted ac/heating. Expect some small money to be put in for cleaning products (laundry liquid and bleach) as I will do all the cleaning. I work full time and only one child will be here most of the time who is older. It is a 5 minute walk from the new train station that's soon to be completed. This includes all bills. Wifi available.
