A 1860's character-filled historic house in Milton which has been recently refurbished and redecorated seeks four people to fill it. Part furnished (kitchen table and chairs, outdoor table and foldup chairs, lounge. Four unfurnished double rooms available, two have balconies. The building also has an adjacent studio which will be available both to tenants to rent and the general public (additional $50pw). This will mean people from outside accessing the studio. Owners may also visit periodically to do odd jobs, garden maintenance on weekends, staying in the guest b/d. We require each tenant to sign a six month tenancy agreement. $150 per week includes all utilities. Couples ok pending aggreement by other tenants. Some furniture may be available to loan but at the owners discretion. Whitegoods include two fridges, microwave and dishwasher.
