Kitchen is completely kitted out with everything you need & a large double door fridge with heaps of room. Front loader washing machine & dryer above to make life easier. You will also have your own parking spot out the front of the property.","Need to be working, and preferably with a licence, but if not it's fine there is bus access at the end of the street unsure what there schedules are though.","Asking $175 per week which will cover bills such as electricity, water & gas, I do have wifi at the house with unlimited downloads (will be switched to NBN in the new year too).
