There is plenty of space on the top floor including a lounge room, sundeck and an outdoor deck, which gives plenty of room for independence and space.","The house is in a great area and is located right next to the Mount Gravatt Lookout and Toohey Forest trials. It makes for easy acess too both griffith university campuses via bus/bike/walk. Coles and woolworths is only a short walk down the road at mt gravatt plaza, the showgrounds offer fruit and veg markets on saturday mornimg and both Garden City and Carindale are very close by.
