Open plan living, kitchen and dining.","The Room:","One bedroom available sharing a bathroom. Currently one of three rooms are available and is unfurnished however I am happy to furnish if you are planning to stay for more than 6 months. Rent is $200 p/w with bills on top.","About me:","I am a single male 31yrs old and work full-time in Banking & Financial services. I enjoy work life balance including going to the beach, gym, hanging out with friends and drinking socially. I am a very independent person and respect others privacy but also enjoy a good chat and friendship.","Preferences:","Ideally no pets, no children and non-smokers. Not looking for it to be a party house however don't mind if you want to host small getherings with family and friends.
