We are a professional couple who spend a great deal of time studying and working. You'll have your own ensuite bathroom; common areas include a nice deck to stretch out on and enjoy the views across Battery Point to Sandy Bay; a fully equipped kitchen, laundry plus other amenities. The rent includes high speed unlimited wifi internet, electricity and water. The walk to the city is very short 5 minutes downhill, 10 minutes on the way back. It really is a great location quiet as it's not a busy street up the top end of Liverpool St beyond Molle. Grocery store's include Salamanca Fresh on Davey St or Liverpool St Woolworths both about a 5 min walk. Parking is on-street.
