The rent includes high speed unlimited wifi internet, electricity and water. The walk to the city is very short 5 minutes downhill, 10 minutes on the way back. It really is a great location quiet as it's not a busy street up the top end of Liverpool St beyond Molle. Grocery store's include Salamanca Fresh on Davey St or Liverpool St Woolworths both about a 5 min walk. Parking is on-street.
