I am renting out my second bedroom short-term to make some extra cash. I’m located across the street from Melbourne Central. And when I say across the street, I mean LITERALLY across the street!!!! You won’t find a more convenient location (and I’ll fight you if you do)

$275/week, happy to pro-rata, will consider short-term from one night up to a couple of months.

THE APARTMENT INCLUDES:
>ALL BILLS including internet, and as a short term guest I won’t expect you to contribute to any household expenses like toilet paper or kitchen basics

>1 minute walk from Central Station, Swanston Street trams, La Trobe Street trams and Elizabeth street trams (i.e.: every part of the city!)

>1 minute walk to Coles, Woolies, Aldi, Big W, other amenities and fantastic restaurants

>Laundry/Dryer facilities on the same floor

>Unfettered access to my awesome book collection

>A printer/scanner/photocopier

>If you’re just passing through the city I have shampoo/soaps etc available, so all you need is your suitcase!


You’ll notice in the photos I was watching Parks and Rec at the time, so each photo has a still from the show, which isn’t relevant I was just really happy that happened and I was afraid no one would notice.
